No More Yellow Mustard

I’ll probably never be happy with simple yellow mustard again. I now have new and higher expectations set by Cabernet Roasted Garlic Mustard.

This evening for dinner, my husband browned some ground turkey in a skillet. He mixed in a good helping of this beautiful mustard along with some diced onion and fresh tomato. After stuffing a couple of bell peppers with the mixture, he let them bake until the peppers just began to soften.

Definitely my hero tonight!
